Custom photo magnets are personalised

Creating your custom photo magnet is simple! Select a photo or design and adjust it to a square format. Simply upload your selected image or design on our website and submit your order.
We'll take care of everything else.

Currently, we only provide square magnets measuring 63.5 x 63.5 mm, which is equivalent to 2.5 x 2.5 inches.

We accept various common image file formats, including JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIFand GIF. For the best quality, please use high-resolution images.

Our production typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location in Australia, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate bulk orders at a discounted rate. For these orders, only ONE image is needed. Examples of bulk magnets include wedding favours, save-the-dates,

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that a magnet is damaged, we can provide a reprint or refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Make sure to crop your images as desired before finalising your order, as we cannot make changes once production has started. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info.themagnetgallery@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your magnets, and we’ll help resolve it.

To maintain the appearance of your magnets, avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or moisture. Simply wipe them clean
with a soft, dry cloth.

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.
