Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that a magnet is damaged, we can provide a reprint or refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
 

Make sure to crop your images as desired before finalizing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has started.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it. If you encounter any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us right away.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged, defective or wrong item to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Reminder: Please ensure that all photos are cropped into a square shape and that spelling and information are correct when placing your order, as items will be created exactly as specified.
